Tuesday Tangents
1. I recently made a soup, except I didn’t write any of the measurements or ingredients. I realized that was a mistake when I wanted to make it again.
I think I may be able to remember everything, but next time I create a recipe, I am going to write it down!
2. Friday, my friend Lexi and I went out for a five-mile run. It is amazing how fast five miles goes by when you are talking constantly. Thanks for the run Lexi!
3. This little lady is graduating 7th grade this year. How is that even possible!? I thought I was just in 7th grade?! So proud of the young woman you are becoming Emily.
4. If you ever need to make me a lunch, this is my favorite. Sweet potato fries, veggies, humus, and cottage cheese.
5. A couple of weeks ago, my friend came over and brought us homemade crescent rolls. (Friend status: epic) 😉 Check out the size of those!! They were the bomb.com!
6. Bible studies with Landon and my favorite kind of Bible studies. It is such a blessing and joy to study the word of God together.
“Come and see what God has done! He is awesome in His deeds toward the children of man!” {Psalm 66:5}
7. We are also professional models 😉
(We were trying to figure out the angle on the camera and ended up with some fabulous candid pictures.)
8. This was the devious smile I had before I surprised Landon on his birthday a couple of weeks ago. It was so fun. And, as you can tell, I was pretty excited.
9. That’s it for today you lovely ladies and gentlemen! Have a great Tuesday. Let’s honor our King and take every moment captive.
“So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to please Him.”
{2 Corinthians 5:9 ESV}
