S’more Frappucino
Rich and chocolatey, this s’more Frappucino is a perfect mid-afternoon treat or dessert.
There’s something magical about the combination of summer nights and s’mores. Maybe it’s the memories that are made around a campfire or the delicious combination of marshmallow, chocolate and graham crackers. Or maybe it’s the challenge of roasting the perfect marshmallow. Either way, most people I know love s’mores and everything that comes with them. (Although, as much as I love chocolate, I am that weird person that eats a s’more without chocolate on it. Can I get an amen from anyone else?)
A few days ago, I found myself craving a s’more, but I didn’t want to make one. (Yes, you can call me lazy…)
Instead, I decided to whip up a coffee version and see what happened.
S’mores Frappucino
Ingredients
- 1 c. Almond milk
- 2-4 large ice cubes
- 2 packets stevia
- 1 tbsp. (or more) cocoa powder
- 1 packet coffee (or 1/3 c. Brewed, cold, strong coffee)
- 1/2 sheet graham cracker
Method
Blend all ingredients on high, until foamy and smooth. Crush graham cracker into chunks and place on top. (Some will fall into the coffee, but it’s all good!)
Enjoy plain or topped with whipped cream.
