Restful Day Eats (WIAW 6/8)
Today is Wednesday, we are closer to the weekend and we have a lot on the agenda today. Yesterday, thankfully, was a slower day which enabled me to get a lot of things done. Don’t you just love productive days?

Yesterday morning, I headed out for an early morning run. It was a glorious 60 degrees and I enjoyed every single minute of it.
After my run, nothing sounded quite as good as a big protein smoothie. So that is just what I had. I made this smoothie with chocolate whey protein, spinach, almond milk, a banana and a half, and spinach.
It totally hit the spot.
After blogging, cleaning the house, running errands, and preparing dinner, I made myself lunch.
Lunch consisted of a veggie wrap, more veggies, hummus, and a bowl of fruit.
Later in the afternoon, I got my cars oil changed, shipped packages off at the post office, and worked on my blog. Once I came home, I ate more watermelon as a snack. Seriously, I can’t stop eating watermelon. Anyone else loving it too?
Yesterday evening, Landon and I had our Bradley class, which meant I needed to make a quick dinner.
Enter: Collard Greens served over brown rice. Guys, these were spicy. A little bit too spicy for me. I think it had to do with all the hot pepper juice I added. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
After getting home from our Bradley class, I was hungry. So hungry I forgot to take a picture. 😉 but, if you all are dying to know, I had a chocolate chip cookie dough Larabar and almond milk.
