Frozen Strawberry Pie
Full of flavor, cold, and creamy, this strawberry pie is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Just don’t tell them it’s healthy. Shhh!!
One of my favorite traditions that Landon and I have are our Friday night, date-night desserts! We like rich, decadent desserts, but even more than that, we enjoy healthy desserts!
Because we both like to eat healthy treats, I’m always on the hunt for a good recipe.
Last week, I decided to whip up an experimental frozen strawberry pie! I was pleasantly surprised and Landon loved it! Yay for winning recipes.
- 2 stacks graham crackers
- 2 tbsp. Butter or coconut oil
- 1 package silken tofu (16 oz.)
- 4 packets stevia
- 1 1/2 c. Fresh strawberries
- 2 large, ripe bananas
Method
Crush graham crackers, melt butter or coconut oil and combine. Press into pie pan and freeze.
Once crust is frozen, blend rest of ingredients together. Pour into frozen pie crust and freeze.
Once ready to eat, remove from freezer and let thaw. Enjoy plain or topped with whipped cream.
