Fitness Friday!
So, Fitness Fridays have been kind of on the back burner. I still am working out, just documenting it has not been top priority. However, since I just started training for my 2nd Half Marathon (!) it will be easier to document what I am doing throughout the week, and a good way for me to keep track of my weekly mileage.
Here’s a peek at what happened this week (week of March 8-15)!
Sunday 3/8- Rest day
Monday 3/9- 3 mile tempo run @ 7:40 pace
Tuesday 3/10 – Cross training circuit workout: repeats of 25 arms, abs, legs (repeated four times) plus planks
Wednesday 3/11 – 3.25 Speed training @ 7:13 pace
(Side note: One reason why my runs were so good this week? The weather was on point! So long treadmill!)
Thursday 3/ 12- 3.25 Speed training @ 7:18 pace
Friday 3/13 – rest day
Saturday 3/14 – 3 Mile tempo run + Dance/Cardio with my awesome cousin, Janelle from KelmFit.
Sunday 3/15 – 5-6 Mile Birthday Run!!
Total Mileage: 17-18.5 Miles (dependent on weekend runs!)
