Coffee Date 11/18
I am really missing these warm fall days. I told Landon the other day that I was already ready for summer to be back. I have a feeling this will be a long winter. On the flip side, I was also reading a Facebook post about how really there isn’t such a thing as bad weather – just bad clothing. BOOM. So, if you see me in a parka, hanging out outside, you will know why.
I can’t get enough of oat milk/macadmia nut milk lattes lately. When I was pregnant and it was warm out, I was drinking everything iced (at least when I went out to coffee shops) but now, give me all the creamy and foamy coffee asap. Oat milk and macadmia nut lattes are so creamy and that milky flavor combined with the dark roast is just magic. Maybe it is because I am a little sleep deprived it tastes so good?
Landon and I are really enjoying these movies lately and I’ve decided that I must just be a kid at heart. I love a good drama/suspense movie, but sometimes nothing compares with a good animated movie. Good thing I am liking them because I foresee many more of these types of movies in our future.
Benaiah and I went out on a mommy/Benaiah date a couple of weeks ago, just the two of us and it brought back so many sweet memories of so many coffee shop/running store/stroller runs/target stops dates before. So many fun, fun moments we’ve shared together. I am loving having both kiddos out together now, but forever will cherish those first three years I had with my boy.
Also, he took this picture while we were on our date, all by himself and he was so proud. Future photographer?
Can’t get enough of this little girl! She has been so sweet lately and is seriously the easiest baby. So thankful for that grace during this transition.
Our free donut Friday tradiditon still is going strong. We love that our local bakery gives away free donuts every Friday. A couple weeks ago, we got donuts and drove a couple miles away to a fun park and ate our donuts by the park and lake. Fridays are just the best.
I just found this picture of me and woah baby. It is so funny to look back and see just how big I got when pregnant with miss Ellie. Hello baby.
