Christmas Circuit Workout

With Christmas quickly approaching, family parties to attend, and shopping to conquer it is hard to fit in a workout. Yesterday was one of those days for me. However, through the years, I’ve learned that a quick circuit workout can still be effective (not to mention fun!).

Here’s what I did yesterday, hope you have fun too!

Christmas workout

Notes: *For the leg ups, I used the quad machine we have in our basement. You could replace that with squats, lunges, or any leg strengthening move.

*Shoulders use whatever weights you have and focus on smooth, slow moves to strengthen shoulders.

*Bench press. If you don’t have a bench press, do pushups instead.

Have a healthy Christmas, but don’t forget to treat yourselves to some cookies too!
